SpeedQuizzing Live Scotland brings the full Premier SpeedQuizzing experience online. Because it runs on the same core technology as our in-person events, SpeedQuizzing Live works via Zoom for remote teams, hybrid corporate events, and any situation where your group can’t all be in the same room.
How SpeedQuizzing Live Scotland Works
Players join the quiz via Zoom and download the SpeedQuizzing Live app on their phone or device — available free on iOS, Android, and Kindle. Once they’re in the session, their device works exactly like the in-person system: questions appear on screen, they buzz in or answer from their phone, and scores update live — so the whole team stays engaged in real time.
As host, James runs the entire event — question rounds, leaderboard reveals, music rounds and banter — all via Zoom, so players can see each other, react to the leaderboard together, and compete just as they would in person.
What SpeedQuizzing Live includes
- General knowledge rounds with live scoring
- Music rounds — clips played through Zoom audio
- Picture rounds — images shared directly to every device
- Speed Bonus scoring — faster correct answers score more points
- Nearest Wins question to close every quiz
- Fully hosted by James throughout
SpeedQuizzing Live vs SpeedQuizzing Pro
SpeedQuizzing Live Scotland delivers the core quiz experience online with a strong feature set. However, the full range of in-person jackpot games (Play Your Cards Right, Chase The Ace, Open The Box) and Observation rounds aren’t available in the online format — for the complete experience, SpeedQuizzing Pro is the in-person option.
Who SpeedQuizzing Live is for
- Remote and hybrid corporate teams — team building and social events for teams working across different locations
- Companies with international offices — everyone can join from wherever they are
- Private groups — birthdays, reunions, hen parties, or any occasion where the group is spread across the country
- Venues running hybrid events — some guests in person, some joining online
SpeedQuizzing Live Scotland is available anywhere in the UK and beyond, so wherever your team is based, get in touch to discuss your online event — we’ll confirm format, group size and timing.
