We had a new set of prizes up for grabs for our quiz on 26/02/20 at The Old Colliery. As much as we were all hoping for a great turnout, the new start time of 830pm seems to have limited the turnout. In fact, some you you said that other people coming with you stayed at home as the end time would be too late.
WE HAVE LISTENED!
After a consultation with the Old Colliery management team, we all agree to bring the start time back to a more realistic 730pm. We all trust you will find this a better time and we look forward to meeting you near the end of March.
This Week’s Winners
After a number of failed attempts, Trevor Phillips Industries secured its first victory. It was very close, only three points separating the top two teams after the main question rounds but 100 points from the nearest wins question led Trevor Phillips Industries to the top of the final scoreboard.
Well done guys and enjoy your winnings, an overnight stay at the Ravenscliff Marston Inn in Motherwell.

We had another pretty tight finish to the night but only two teams could win. The new team, The Slags, finished second after giving up their lead on the nearest wins question. Dumb & Dumber? Last again!

Jackpot Games
Our new team, The Slags, were drawn to play Open The Box. The odds of them winning the jackpot were pretty slim with the ‘bawbag’ still having about 25 balls. Against all odds, the nominated team member wandered up and picked the winning ball earning his team £100 CASH! Well done guys, I hope you will come back to win again.
The new Open The Box Jackpot is now £75 for our next quiz on March 25th.
