First time winners The Boys From Brazil, win on the nearest wins question!
We had another good turnout for this week’s quiz. 14 teams and about 45 quizzers made it yet another very close finish to the quiz. The game, being won on the very last 100 point question, was close throughout the night and brought another first-time winner with The Boys From Brazil.
Not far behind were Let’s get Quizzical in second place with an excellent performance. Most of the rest of the teams were grouped up within 150 points of each other. It wouldn’t take much to totally change the scoreboard with any team having a victory. The new handicapping system seems to work well at this time but I will keep an eye on it.
None of the jackpots were won again this week and continue to grow.
Remember the Cuddie Brae will close on May 6th 2019 until May 22nd 2019 so there will be no quiz on May 9th, 16th or 23rd.
