Looking for a bingo night in Edinburgh? Premier SpeedQuizzing runs two bingo formats across the city and the Lothians: Music Bingo and SpeedQuizzing Bingo rounds. We host both formats ourselves, and the technology does the rest. Venues and private events can book either one. Here’s how they differ and what to expect from each.
Music Bingo: the bingo night Edinburgh crowds love
Music Bingo replaces numbers with song clips, and it runs on the SpeedQuizzing platform. Each player gets a virtual bingo card on their own device, filled with song titles. As each track plays through the PA system, they tap to mark it off. Whoever gets a line or a full house first shouts Bingo.
It’s the most consistently popular round at any Premier SpeedQuizzing night. The mix of music, competition and bingo draws in people who don’t normally enjoy quizzes. Best of all, you don’t need any music knowledge. If you recognise the song, you can play.
We can theme the playlists around a decade, a genre, film soundtracks, TV themes or a broad mix. Full Music Bingo details →
SpeedQuizzing Bingo rounds
A full SpeedQuizzing night also includes traditional-style bingo formats. These are question-based bingo rounds, where each answer marks off a square on your device card. They work particularly well as a change of pace between general knowledge rounds. They are also especially popular at charity and fundraising events, because the format is broad and accessible.
Book a bingo night in Edinburgh for your venue or event
You can book either format as part of a full Premier SpeedQuizzing evening or as a standalone event. Music Bingo in particular works brilliantly as a private event in its own right. It’s ideal for:
- Pub and bar nights — a great format for quieter midweek evenings
- Birthday parties and hen nights
- Corporate social events and team building
- Charity fundraisers
- Wedding receptions
