Scrambled Eggheads Nick It At The End!
I keep forgetting to take a photo so this is one from a year ago.
Another well-deserved win for our best-performing team. The Scrambled Eggheads are always there with a shout but just don’t seem to get across the line as often as they should. With a winning record of 43.2% in all quizzes they attend, the Scrambled Eggheads are a force to be reckoned with. The win % is calculated on the raw scores as if no handicaps were in place.
This week they had to nick it from The Boys From Brazil on the final Nearest Wins question but every point counts.

Scoreboard
The Boys From Brazil were back to their best by topping the table after the final quiz round. It looked like they had the win in the bag. The only team able to overtake them were the Scrambled Eggheads, they took up the challenge on the 100-point nearest wins question and nicked the win.
The Creepy Blinders had another good day finishing a close third after an amazing start to the quiz. The Newbies were fourth with another great performance helped by their knowledge of music.
There were a few regular teams missing tonight but they are expected back next week on their return from holiday. Book your table now if you haven’t already done so..
Worst Team Of The Night
This honour fell to The Dipshits from last week after finishing last. The bonus 50 points helped them get up the scoreboard for one of their best finishes in a while. They now pass the Joker Card to Walt Quizney, let’s see what they can do next week!
Jackpot Games
We had one jackpot winner this week
£75 was won on Take It Or Leave It by Grotto’s Variant.
The Take It Or Leave It jackpot will be £54 for the next time we do it.
I am looking to introduce a new game next week but I need the technology to co-operate with this one. I’ll keep my fingers crossed.
The BIG game, Open The Box, had a jackpot prize of £345 but it was not won tonight.
The jackpot will increase to £365 next week,
Music Bingo
Our theme this week was Now That I Call Music 1, 2, and 3 featuring music from 1983 and 1984.
We paid out £11 for a line and £26 for the full house with a £13 snowball bonus if the full house called on less than 45 songs. This remains intact for next time. Join us again next week for another game of music bingo.

It would be a great help if all teams could be there and ready for 745 pm. This will allow time to get any connection issues sorted as well as the handicapping in place and ready to start.
