Creepy Blinders just keep on winning!
The Creepy Blinders were our quiz winners on June 23rd 2022 for the second week in a row. As one of our best teams, The Creepy Blinders are regular winners rarely defeated by their handicap.

Scoreboard
Another very close final scoreboard with Creepy Blinders winning by a very small margin over the rank outsiders Crusaders. The Boys From Brazil continue their decent run only 17 points behind the winners with Bell’s Bairns and Scrambled Eggheads tied for 4th place.
Right at the bottom of the scoreboard, we have 2 new teams, This Is England and The Dead Ends who were visiting us for a second time from Aberdeen. No luck for you guys tonight but you will get a very handsome handicap next time so you will start much higher up the scoreboard.
Jackpot Games
There was one Jackpot winner this week!
£4 was won on Take It Or Leave It by Crusader.
The Take It Or Leave It jackpot will be £88 at our next quiz.
The BIG game, Open The Box, had a jackpot prize of £800 with more than 20 balls in play. We had a winner on the first attempt. £800 CASH was won by Justine of Dumb & Dumber!

Music Bingo
Our theme this week was Indie bands tunes. Some great tunes from the 80s right up to date.
We paid out £11 for a line and £27 for the full house. Join us again next week for another game of music bingo.
New Teams
It was good to see a couple of new teams last night. This Is England, all the way from Englandshire and The Dead Ends visiting us for the second time in 4 years, don’t leave it so long next time. You are both very welcome to come back. On your next visit, you will start with a higher handicap and further up the scoreboard increasing your chances of competing for a win.

It is even more important now than ever, due to fewer tables being available because of the current virus advice, to make sure you book your tables in advance. I would suggest getting onto the Cuddie Brae booking site a week in advance and reserving your favourite table. Click the image below to do just that.

Get In Early!
It would be a great help if all teams could be there and ready for 745 pm. This will allow time to get any connection issues sorted as well as the handicapping in place and ready to start.
