For the duration of the Coronavirus lockdown, Premier SpeedQuizzing will be hosting live events online.
We will be bringing you the fun you have come to expect at our normal quizzes right to your sofa!
How to Play SQ Live
This is a FREE quiz available to everyone. Anybody can join to play or just watch what is going on.
FREE if you want to watch or play along with no prize to be won.
At a time when my income has basically STOPPED in its tracks, and not likely to start again until well after the lockdown is over, I have had to financially invest to make this quiz happen. For this reason, I am asking players to pay £3 to enter.
This entry fee will get you access to the full quiz and a cash prize if you win. It will also help to support the continuation of the quiz. If you are not in a position to pay for entry, then that’s fine, join us anyway.
What You Need To Do
YOU WILL NEED TO DO THE FOLLOWING TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY WAY. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS BEFORE I OPEN THE ZOOM MEETING AT 7PM.
INSTALL SQ LIVE APP
If using an Android device or a Kindle to play SQ Live, you will find the app at www.sqsq.me.
Download and install the app and you’re good to go.
iOS
Currently this is not available on any iOS device but you can still join us on your PC
PC or Mac
Install Bluestacks
This is a simple install. There is no need to sign in using Google as you will not be using Play Store.

One Hour Before The Quiz
An hour before the start of the quiz I will post details on our FaceBook page on how to connect. This will include a link to the Zoom meeting room and passwords for the meeting and quiz room. It is all very straight forward and within the ability of most people, give it a try.
Hear And See The Quiz
We use an app called Zoom to broadcast the quiz.
Please install Zoom earlier than one hour before the quiz. Click the link above and follow all instructions. You DO NOT need to subscribe to Zoom so just use the free option.
